THE PERSON
- We are looking for an energetic Account manager, ideally with proven experience in the Life Science industry.
- You will be the primary point of contact for our company clients. Managing queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Part of your time dedicated to our Digital Marketing, where you will design, build and maintain our social media presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account management for existing clients upsell and cross sell.
- Manage yearly contracts
- Upsell and cross sell current accounts
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or email.
- Administration work, managing critical suppliers for smooth project delivery
- Help customers with queries
Digital Marketing:
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
THE IDEAL APPLICANT MUST
- Be a Key person in the Company, join a team of Experienced Industry Leaders
- Young with an appetite for success.
- Have 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, customer and key account management experience
- Home based with one or two days a week at the Royal Park office. (optional if you based outside UK)
- Be willing to travel, domestic and International
- Additional languages would be advantageous. English as a first language plus other European or eastern European (Russian)
